Billing & Invoices
This guide covers how to view billing transactions, access receipts, and export financial data from the admin dashboard.Access Requirements
The Billing & Invoices section is available to users with the Admin role. Navigate to Billing & Invoices in the left sidebar to get started.Transaction List
The billing page is a single data table showing all payment activity across your companies.What You’ll See
Each row in the list displays:| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Company | The contractor company that was charged |
| Evaluation | The evaluation title linked to the transaction |
| Client | The client the evaluation belongs to |
| Status | A badge showing Paid or Unpaid |
| Amount | The transaction value |
| Date | When the transaction was created |
| Receipt | Link to the Stripe receipt for paid transactions |
Filtering Transactions
You can narrow the list using these filters:- Company search — type a company name to search
- Status — filter by All, Paid, or Unpaid
- Date range — select a start and end date to filter by transaction date
Transaction Statuses
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Paid | Payment was successfully processed |
| Unpaid | Payment has not yet been completed |
Receipts
For any transaction with a Paid status, you can access a receipt directly from the transaction list.Viewing a Receipt
- Locate the transaction in the list
- Click View Receipt in the final column
- The Stripe receipt page opens in a new browser tab
Receipts are only available for transactions with a Paid status. Unpaid transactions do not have receipts.
Data Export
Export billing data for use in your accounting software or for financial reporting.Export Formats

How to Export
- Apply any filters (status, company, date range) to narrow the data set
- Click Export
- Select your preferred format
- The file downloads to your browser
Stripe Integration
All payments in RapidCert are processed through Stripe. Each customer account has a connected Stripe account, which handles:- Secure card processing
- Automatic receipt generation
- Refund processing
- Payment method management
Refunds can be issued directly from the Manage Evaluation dialog in the admin dashboard. See Managing Evaluations for the full refund workflow. Refunds are processed through your connected Stripe account automatically.
