Certifications

When your evaluation is approved, you receive a certification. Certifications are managed from your Dashboard.

Dashboard accreditation cards

Each accreditation card on your dashboard shows:
  • Certification type and status
  • Accreditation label (if set — see Labelled accreditation slots)
  • Issued date and expiry date (for approved evaluations)
  • Days until expiry (shown from 90 days before expiry)
  • Score (if applicable, for approved evaluations)
  • Category and subcategory for the current or in-progress evaluation (when configured)
  • Action buttons including Begin Accreditation, Renew, Start Evaluation, Resume Evaluation, View Certificate, View Evaluation, Show History, and Request Review

Viewing your certificate

  1. Find the approved accreditation on your dashboard
  2. Click View Certificate
  3. If the certificate has been previously generated, it downloads immediately. If this is the first time, the system generates and saves the PDF first — click View Certificate again to open it.
From the preview modal, click Open in New Tab to view or save a copy for your records.

Renewal

The Renew button appears on your dashboard when your certification’s expiry date is within 6 months. Clicking it starts a new evaluation for that accreditation.
Start renewal early to avoid gaps in certification.

Expiry notifications

You receive automatic reminders as your certification approaches expiry:

Labelled accreditation slots

Some client groups use labelled accreditation slots to distinguish between multiple accreditations of the same type — for example, two separate Health & Safety accreditations for different sites or projects. When a slot has a label, it appears alongside the certification type wherever the accreditation is displayed to you:
  • Your dashboard accreditation card (as Certification Type - Label)
  • Your notification settings page (as Certification Type - Label)
  • Your issued PDF certificate (on its own line, e.g. Accreditation Label: Auckland Hotel)
  • Payment receipt emails and your billing history page
  • Assessment reports and viewer exports shared with your client group
A label that exactly matches the certification type name — or the literal word default — is treated as if no label was set and is not shown. If you have been assigned a labelled slot, the label appears automatically — there is nothing extra you need to do during setup or evaluation.

Multiple certifications

You may have multiple certifications across different evaluation types and client groups. All are managed from your dashboard.
