# Company setup

> How to manage your company profile in RapidCert

# Company setup

Your company profile is created during registration. You can update your details at any time from the **Company Profile** page.

## Editing your profile

<Steps>
  <Step title="Open your profile">
    Navigate to **Company Profile** in the sidebar.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Edit your details">
    Click **Edit Profile** and update the fields you need to change.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Save">
    Click **Save Changes**. Profile changes take effect immediately.

## Company information

| Company Name  | Your official registered business name          | No (set during registration) |
| Trading Name  | Name you operate under (if different)           | Yes                          |
| NZBN          | Your New Zealand Business Number                | No (set during registration) |
| Business Type | Your company structure — displayed as read-only | No (set during registration) |
