What is RapidCert?

RapidCert is a contractor/supplier prequalification and certification management platform designed to streamline the evaluation process for health, safety, and compliance requirements in the construction and trades industries.

The Problem We Solve

Managing contractor/supplier prequalification is complex:
  • For Contractors & Suppliers: Repetitive paperwork, multiple systems, manual tracking of certifications and insurance
  • For Admins & Assessors: Time-consuming reviews, inconsistent evaluation criteria, difficulty tracking compliance

How RapidCert Works

1

Registration

Contractors and suppliers create an account and set up their company profile with basic information.
2

Evaluation

Contractors and suppliers complete evaluations by answering questions about their health, safety, and compliance practices.
3

Assessment

Admins and assessors review submissions, verify documentation, and assess compliance.
4

Certification

Approved contractors and suppliers receive certifications that can be shared with clients.
5

Ongoing Compliance

Both parties track insurance policies, certifications, and renewal dates.

Key Benefits

For Contractors & Suppliers

  • Single submission - Complete evaluations once, share with multiple clients
  • Document management - Store and manage all compliance documents in one place
  • Automated reminders - Get notified before certifications and insurance expire
  • Progress tracking - See exactly where you are in the evaluation process
  • Online payments - Pay for evaluations securely online

For Admins & Assessors

Multi-tenancy

RapidCert is a multi-tenant platform. The hierarchy is:
  • Customer (tenant) — The top-level organisation. Each customer operates independently with isolated data.
  • Client / client group — A subdivision within a customer. Clients define their own evaluation templates, insurance requirements, and branding.
  • Contractor / supplier — The end-user businesses that register, complete evaluations, and receive certifications.
Each client group can have:
  • Custom evaluation templates
  • Specific insurance requirements
  • Dedicated admin and assessor users
