Getting Started for Admins & Assessors
Welcome to the RapidCert Admin Dashboard. This guide helps you get up and running as an admin, assessor, or viewer.Overview
As an administrator, you can:- Review and assess contractor/supplier evaluations
- Manage companies and their settings
- Configure evaluation templates and questions
- Verify insurance compliance
- Manage admin users and clients
Accessing the Dashboard
Logging In
Enter your email address
Type the email address associated with your admin account and click Send Verification Code.
Check for your verification code
If your email address has access to the admin portal, you will receive a 6-digit verification code. Enter it to authenticate. Verification codes expire in 5 minutes.
The admin portal is for administrators, assessors, and viewers only. Contractors and suppliers should sign in at app.rapidcert.co.nz.
If you see “Too many attempts”, wait a few minutes before trying again. Login attempts are rate-limited to prevent abuse.
First Login
On your first login:- Verify your user profile is correct
- Confirm you have the appropriate role and permissions
- Familiarise yourself with the navigation
Dashboard Overview
The dashboard is organised into tabs, each containing charts that give you a snapshot of activity across your client group.- Evaluations & Insurance — Charts showing expiring certifications, assessor workload, expired certifications, and expiring insurance policies
- Health — Signup and accreditation health metrics, lead indicators, risk buckets, and at-risk companies
- Contractor Email Issues — An overview of email delivery issues affecting contractors
- Revenue (Administrator only) — Revenue and sales performance charts
- Discounts & Kickbacks (Administrator only) — Discount performance, consultant activity, and kickback data
Getting Help
The Help Assistant is available from any page in the admin dashboard. Click the Ask AI button in the top-right corner to open an AI-powered chat interface that answers questions about RapidCert features and workflows. The assistant searches the documentation and provides contextual help based on where you are in the dashboard. See the Help Assistant guide for more information.Navigation

User Roles
RapidCert has three roles available to admin dashboard users.Administrator
Full access to all features:- All assessment functions
- User and client management
- Template and question configuration
- System settings, billing, and invoices
- Revenue and discount reporting
Assessor
Assessment-focused access:- Review and score evaluations
- View, create, and manage companies
- Verify and manage insurance policies
- Upload and manage company documents
- Add imported evaluations for companies
- Manage notification settings
- Templates and questions management
Viewer
Read-only access with a dedicated portal:- View companies within assigned client (with Quick View preview)
- View evaluation status and certifications
- View full evaluation details (when enabled for their client)
- View insurance coverage summaries
- Access insights and statistics charts
