Notification settings
You can control which email notifications you receive from RapidCert.Notification types
| Type | Description |
|---|---|
| Transactional emails | Updates about insurance approvals, evaluation results, and other account activity |
| Expiry notifications | Reminders when certifications or insurance policies are approaching or past expiry |
Notification levels
Settings can be configured at several levels, from broad to specific:| Level | What it controls |
|---|---|
| Company | All notifications for a company — both transactional and expiry |
| User | Your personal notification preferences within a company |
| Certification | Expiry reminders for a specific certification and its linked insurance policies |
Insurance policy expiry reminders are controlled by the certification they are linked to. There is no separate toggle for individual insurance policies.
Managing settings
Configure company and user preferences
Your settings are grouped by company. Toggle Transactional emails and Expiry notifications at the company or user level.
Configure certification preferences
Expand a certification to toggle its expiry notifications. Linked insurance policies are shown for reference — they follow the certification’s setting.
If you belong to multiple companies, each company has independent notification settings.
What you can and cannot disable
